By accessing or using the Khabir app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Services Provided
Khabir offers a platform connecting users with various home service providers, including but not limited to cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, and more. Khabir does not provide the services directly but facilitates the connection between users and service providers.
3. User Accounts
– Registration: To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
-Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Booking and Payments
– Booking: Users can book services through the Khabir app. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation notification.
– Payments: Payments for services are processed through the Khabir app. You agree to pay the full amount for any services booked through our platform. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– User Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– Service Provider Cancellations: If a service provider cancels a booking, users will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
6. Service Providers
– Background Checks: Khabir conducts background checks on all service providers to ensure safety and quality. However, Khabir does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these checks.
– Independent Contractors: Service providers are independent contractors and not employees of Khabir. Khabir is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any service provider.
7. User Conduct
– Prohibited Activities:Users agree not to engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities while using the Khabir app. This includes but is not limited to harassment, abuse, or providing false information.
– Feedback and Reviews:Users may provide feedback and reviews of service providers. You agree to provide truthful and accurate reviews based on your experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
Khabir is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khabir, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
